If you have questions or concerns about an order that you have placed, please contact us.
Due to previous serious plagiarism by a few, I am unable to accept or provide refunds on returned printed or video products once they have been received except and unless product is damaged. If this is the case it must be returned immediately upon receipt.
Since 1990 I have had only 2 legitimate requests for returns. This is because those who have purchased these products find them truly valuable for building ones massage therapy practice.
